Why im thankful :)

I’m thankful for my family. Without my family, I wouldn’t be alive. There always there for me and I can count on them for anything. I have the most supportive family I could ever ask for. God blessed me with 14 aunts and uncles, 30 cousins, 4 beautiful grandparents, 2 good parents, 2 funny brothers, and one adorable niece. I have the biggest family and I feel like the bigger it is, the more fun we have together because there are plenty of us. And my family keeps getting bigger and bigger, thank God.

I’m thankful for my friends who’ve always been there for me. I’m so lucky to have friends that listen to me blab for hours and won’t complain. Friends who trust me with all their secrets and I trust them. God also blessed me with the best boyfriend ever, Josue Serrano! He’s my best friend, other half, and boyfriend. I can tell him anything and he won’t judge me! I love him very much. So those are my reasons why I’m thankful this year. For having the best family and friends, for having food to eat every day, and also I’m thankful because God has given me another day, being alive, in this beautiful world.

This video is Romeo Santos and Usher singing together. The song is called “Promise”. It’s a great song and I dedicated it to my lovely boyfriend. This song always comes up when were together and hearing it reminds me of him. Also at the dance we danced it together for the very first time. It’s a Spanish/English song and in Spanish it’s called “bachata.” I recommend it to everyone.

My accomplishment

My favorite work!

My favorite accomplishment in this class is the last PowerPoint I worked on. It’s a PowerPoint on sequencing. It’s my favorite assignment because I worked really hard on it and believe I should get a good grade on it. At first I struggled to make the Power Point but I just tried harder and harder. It was a challenge for me but I like being challenged because I learn a lot. When I finished it, I was very happy and very proud of myself. I can improve my grade next quarter by handing in assignments on time and listening more in class because I tend to get very distracted in class.

Gmail Labels and Filters

This is my Gmail Filters and Labels. This concept helps me out because by seeing “Work/Computer Class” I automatically know that’s it’s an email regarding school and something I should read. Sometimes you get junk mail and spam’s and personally I don’t like reading things that aren’t worth reading or wasting my time so Gmail Labels and Filters are very useful for me. You utilize it by creating a label about a subject important to you for example, Personal, School related, Face book, Twitter, etc. I used this snip it because school is very important to me and I’d like to know when I get messages regarding school.

This is my Parent Folders. What that means is that I have a folder for all my classes to keep my things organized. It’s a great way of organzation because it keeps everything organzied and you’ll never lose anything. This helps me because I do a lot of projects for different classes at the same time period and I always have to save pictures and documents. If I didn’t have these folders, everything would be mixed up and very confusing. For example, I just finished my Powerpoint for computer class. I saved a lot of pictures and the cropping of pictures. All I have to do is go to my tenth grade folder, click computer class, and there is all my work. This is useful for me because I am a very messy person and to have a tool like this, makes life very easy.

My best Achieve 3000 Work

MY favorite work ever!

I did this by actually reading the article and understanding it. I understood it by reading carefully and creating mini scenarios in my head. I think Achieve 3000 is a website used to refresh our minds by reading articles and answering questions about the article. It also reveals your grades so you know how your doing and what you can improve on.
